We are seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Account Executive to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, payroll, and other accounting duties. This role requires a good understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work efficiently to maintain the financial health of the company.

• Experience: Proven experience with AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, payroll, and SQL.
• Skills required:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, track incoming payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain records. Resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• General Ledger: Record financial transactions accurately and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Payroll: Process payroll accurately, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and assist with budgets and variance analysis.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support management with various accounting tasks and projects.
