Job summary

A leading company in wellness is seeking an experienced accountant to manage all accounting functions, develop audit schedules, and liaise with auditors and other stakeholders. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, be self-motivated, and demonstrate fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and all aspects of accounting functions.
• Develop audit schedules and maintain proper filing.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government agencies.

Job description

Manage the full set of accounts of the company and be responsible for all aspects of the accounting function.

Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions including GL, AP, and AR.

Develop an audit schedule and prepare supporting documents.

Ensure proper filing of all documents related to the company's financial and administrative matters.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other government agencies when necessary.

Handle purchasing, imported product matters, and company's license renewal.

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Applicants must have good command of both written and spoken Chinese, Malay, and English.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

Able to work under pressure, independently, self-motivated, and confident.

Able to start work immediately.
