Job description
- Preferred education requirement: LCCI / Diploma / Proper Certification in Business / Accounting course
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- With experience in related field - office administration would be an advantage
- Know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated to work.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in general administrative tasks involving purchasing.
- Telephone liaison work.
- Logistics administration work.
- To handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filing.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
- To submit management admin report as per deadline.
- To assist superior as required.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
