Job description
  • Preferred education requirement: LCCI / Diploma / Proper Certification in Business / Accounting course
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • With experience in related field - office administration would be an advantage
  • Know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated to work.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in general administrative tasks involving purchasing.
  • Telephone liaison work.
  • Logistics administration work.
  • To handle day-to-day operations of accounting records & filing.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
  • To submit management admin report as per deadline.
  • To assist superior as required.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
