Job description

Manage full set of accounts, handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring timely monthly and yearly account closings.

Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and reimbursements.

Monitor customer accounts, issue invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain aging reports.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records to support financial decision-making.

Ensure all journal entries, adjustments, and accruals are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting principles.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation and submission of SST, income tax, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

Contribute to streamlining accounting processes and strengthening internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Work closely with internal departments, banks, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on financial matters.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Background in the F&B industry preferred.
  • Proficient in handling a full set of accounts.
  • Knowledge of tax planning & e-invoicing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using SQL system.
