Position: Account Executive

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500

Working Days: Monday – Friday | Saturday (Half-day)

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: 04-08, Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, No. 210, Jalan Air Jernih, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur

Job Scope

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)

• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for internal and external use

• Monitor company budget, control costs, and recommend financial improvements

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (SST) and statutory financial requirements

• Manage company cash flow and ensure financial stability

• Use Autocount and related accounting software for accurate data management

• Provide strategic financial insights and accounting advice to the founder

• Prepare audit documentation and perform monthly bank reconciliations

• Process and verify payments and ensure transaction accuracy

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience handling full sets of accounts

• Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting systems

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance (e.g., SST)

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
