Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique à Kuala Lumpur recherche un Junior Executive en comptabilité pour gérer la préparation des comptes et le contrôle de crédit. Le candidat idéal aura au moins un baccalauréat en finance et 2-3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine. La maîtrise du logiciel Autocount est un plus, tout comme la capacité à débuter immédiatement. Ce rôle implique une communication régulière avec des clients parlant mandarin.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat ou plus en Finance/Comptabilité/Banque.
• Au moins 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire souhaitable.
• Compétences en communication en anglais et mandarin requises.

Responsibilities

• Préparer l'ensemble des comptes, y compris les rapports mensuels et l'analyse.
• Assurer des entrées de données précises dans le système comptable.
• Préparer et travailler avec les auditeurs pour l'audit annuel.

Job description

Prepare full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules and bank reconciliation

Experience in doing P&L , Balance Sheet & Management account.

Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system

Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit

Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables

Maintain proper filling and keep statutory financial records

Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage

Familiar with Autocount Accounting software is added advantage

Able to start work immediately will be added advantage

Strong understanding of accounting principles, forecasting, costing, and tax

Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
