Description:

Summary:

TheAccount Executivewill work closely with the account management team to support the clients' needs and help drive revenue growth. They will enhance effective communication and organizational skills while building good relationships with clients.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with AM/AAD on realistic campaign/ project milestone and timeline.

• Collaborate with the Account Manager/ Director on preparation of marketing campaign’s recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client.

• Reviews, analyses, and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.

• Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.

• Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals, works with producer/ traffic manager in the production of campaign deliverables.

• Monitors all budget, research, and production activity on assigned accounts and communicates status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel to meet project deadlines.

• Keeping project status reports up to date via weekly WIP, both in attendance and on document.

• To review deliverables against scope and to ensure quality of deliverables meet expectation.

Skills:

• A background degree in advertising, mass communication, business, marketing, or related fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detailed oriented - this is a must since you'll be multitasking, handling different accounts!

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Previous internship or work experience in account management, marketing, or related field is a plus
