Job summary

A leading company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Associate to perform vital office management and financial reporting tasks. Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective internal communication.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage staff calendars.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage company records, including contracts, policies, and confidential documents.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide support in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.

What do we need from you (Job Qualifications):

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
