About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at MCC 22 MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, etc.
• Reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Collaborating with the wider accounting team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Male or Female below age 30, able to communicate and write in Chinese
• Minimum of a few years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong proficiency in using accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
