Account Executive

We are a growing SME accounting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions to our clients. Our team values integrity, collaboration, and excellence, and we are seeking a motivated Full Set Accounting Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Full Set Accounting Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering a full range of accounting services. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review full sets of accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
4. Liaise with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to clients to improve their financial performance.
6. Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
7. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
8. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounting, preferably in an SME environment.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
9. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
