Overview

At CTDK Holdings Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our Financial Accounting & Reporting function, contributing to the overall financial success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and management accounts.
• Manage internal company transactions, accruals, and fixed asset records.
• Monitor petty cash, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
• Ensure timely preparation of statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities.
• Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
