What YOU Will Be Doing:

Manage and maintain full set of accounts

Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliation

Handle accounts payable/receivable with accuracy and timeliness

Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date

Prepare monthly management reports

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties

Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

What YOU Should Bring:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

1–5 years of relevant working experience preferred

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QB) and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

Independent, proactive, and a team player

Bonus if YOU can communicate in Mandarin (for internal coordination)
