We're on the hunt for a talented individual to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for our bustling restaurant outlet, with added responsibilities in purchasing and human resources.

What You'll Do:

As our Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Full-Set Accounting Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting for the restaurant outlet, from daily transactions to month-end closing. This includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to optimizing profitability.

Purchasing Oversight: Play a key role in the purchasing process, including vendor management, order placement, inventory control, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods.

HR Support: Assist with essential HR functions, such as payroll processing, employee record keeping, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in a full-set accounting role, ideally within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or restaurant industry.

Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to manage all financial cycles independently.

Purchasing Acumen: Demonstrable experience or a solid understanding of purchasing processes, including negotiation and inventory management.

HR Knowledge: Familiarity with basic HR functions and payroll processing.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QNE accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies and operational challenges.

Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
