  • Prepare and present monthly closing of accounts and prepare monthly management report (Profit & Loss) for review by the Director.
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies (account code), approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in different accounts (Inter-company account/transaction).
  • Liaise with other parties, auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
  • Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts.
  • Maintain required files, reports, and data from other departments.
  • Prepare depreciation and loan schedules and summaries.
  • Manage renewal of bank guarantees and address bank requests or queries.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules.
  • Submit SST returns and E-Invoice.
  • Supervise staff to accomplish department objectives.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as required.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards, E-Invoice, SST & GST regulations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, analytical, dynamic, and resourceful.
  • A self-starter with initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office, SQL Accounting, and auditing.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
