Job summary

A leading education group in Sabah, Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to handle general office administration and clerical support tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, willing to learn, and can communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin, especially when dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided, alongside competitive salary packages with performance-based increments.

Job description

  • Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry and document scanning.
  • Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Assists in further studies counselling and processing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to learn
  • Can speak in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Have transportation
  • Able to work independently
  • self motivated
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Friday : 9.00 a.m - 5.30 p.m
  • Saturday : 9.00 a.m 0 1.00 p.m
