Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts: Monday to Friday, Morning and Afternoon shifts.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month.

Position: Senior Accounting Executive

Minimum diploma holder with 2-3 years’ experience.

Salary range: RM3,500 to RM5,000.

Role Summary:

The Senior Accounting Executive will manage full sets of accounts, deliver client accounting and tax services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external parties to support clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Set of Accounts
   • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
   • Perform monthly and year-end closing, and generate financial reports.
   • Prepare supporting documents and schedules for audits.
2. Client Accounting Services
   • Handle accounting functions for multiple clients.
   • Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, payment preparations, and SST submissions.
   • Assist clients in understanding their financial records.
3. Client Tax Services
   • Prepare basic tax computations and assist in tax return submissions.
   • Coordinate with internal tax teams and clients on tax compliance and deadlines.
   • Ensure records are tax-compliant and audit-ready.
4. Liaison & Coordination
   • Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries on accounting, audit, and tax matters.
   • Assist in preparing financial data and documentation for queries and statutory submissions.
5. Financial Compliance & Accuracy
   • Ensure compliance with MFRS and tax laws.
   • Maintain proper documentation for controls and audits.
   • Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, Autocount, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MFRS and Malaysian tax regulations.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
