Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

· Process Invoices: Post AR sales invoices and related AP invoices, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.

· Bank Statement Conversion: Convert PDF or excel bank statements from portal to a format compatible with the accounting system, streamlining financial processes.

· Reconciliation: Ensure that sales and costs reported are reconciled and balanced against bank or partner statements, maintaining financial integrity.

· Exception Handling: Investigate, report, and record exceptions promptly, demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Non-trade Transactions: Record other non-trade AP/AR, contributing to comprehensive financial Management.

· Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative matters, showcasing your versatility and team spirit.

· Accountable to handle full set accounts and support for audit and tax purposes.

· Interact with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other related parties.

· Assist in preparing monthly closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation, monthly summary, and reports on sales and costs.

· Assist in data entry into the system.

· Responsible for credit control, monitoring of payment, and collection.

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with at least 3 years working experiences in account, finance.

· Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

· At least 3 years of full set account handling experience.
