  • Perform monthly SAP depreciation run.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Finance HOD to prepare Finance Policy/SOP/Workflow
  • Assist Finance HOD to prepare Finance JSOX process flow
  • Fixed Assets – Ensure all requester create & submit Fixed Assets form according to CAPEX Policy
  • Ensure Fixed Asset acquisition/write off/disposal/transfer process complete before month end closing
  • Perform monthly SAP depreciation run and check with NRV balance
  • Prepare monthly CAPEX tracking report
  • Perform monthly Fixed Asset Physical Sightings Activity
  • Account Receivable – Register Business Partner in SAP
  • Create Debit Note for non-trade item & Perform posting in SAP - Interco Billing
  • Check & follow up payment/Prepare customer Statement of Account (SOA)
  • Purchase Requisition verification
  • Assist for Interim & Yearly Statutory Audit & Tax computation
  • To ensure financial work processes comply with JSOX standard
Requirements / Skillset
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive changes and be a change agent
