Job Summary:

• Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee financial activities of subsidiary companies, including preparing financial reports, consolidating accounts, and managing intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing returns and handling audits.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances.
• Monitor and control expenses to adhere to budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; professional certifications like ACCA or CIMA are a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in the retail industry, with at least 3 years managing full set accounts and subsidiary companies.
