Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  2. Prepare financial reports, statements, and monthly management accounts.
  3. Process invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely collection and disbursement.
  4. Assist in tax submissions (SST, corporate tax) and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
  5. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on financial matters.
  7. Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero, AutoCount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
