About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team at DCE Distribution Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Skudai Johor. The role involves providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our finance department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation
  2. Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  3. Reconciling bank statements and performing regular account reconciliations
  4. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  5. Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
  6. Ensuring all accounting records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant accounting qualification or at least 2 years of experience in an assistant accountant or account executive role
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. A proactive and organized approach to work
