Job description

Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full set of accounts.
  • Perform data entry of transactions into the accounting system.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and GST reconciliation for input tax and output tax.
  • Maintain settlement records and monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA) for Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Prepare and submit the monthly reporting pack as per management requirements.
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
  • Maintain proper filling and records.
  • Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in the related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Meticulous with a positive working attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Immediate availability to start work is advantageous.
  • Candidates MUST BE fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to work with products that are marketed in Mandarin.
