Managing the full spectrum of accounting functions. Key responsibilities include timely preparation of financial and management reports, budgeting, cash flow forecast, review and analysis of financial data and performance for a group of companies. Establish and manage the Company's internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standard requirements.
Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and management reporting of accounting data.
Ensure compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement on all financial aspects.
Preparation of timely monthly financial reports and accounting matters.
Budgeting and credit control.
Negotiate and maintain a high standard of business relationship with Company bankers, legal advisors and suppliers.
Managing the accounting and taxation standards and policies.
Liaising with external auditors and tax consultant for such statutory compliance matters which shall include assisting internal auditors during the course of operational audits.
Other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in using AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
Can work independently, results oriented with proactive performance.
High level of integrity and result oriented.
Good command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Good analytical, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
Skills required: Financial Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, AutoCount.
