Job description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage our company’s full set of accounts.

Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Ultimately, you will ensure all financial transactions are accurate and completed on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
  2. Handle full sets of accounts, including preparation.
  3. Reconcile financial statements, prepare, send, and store invoices.
  4. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  6. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  7. Be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office; experience with Autocount Accounting software is an advantage.
  8. Prepare payments through internet banking.
  9. Prepare weekly or monthly cash flow projections.
  10. Assist in year-end audit preparation.
  11. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
  12. Call customers to follow up on collections.
