About the role

Viva Complete Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to our small business clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts for assigned clients

Preparing and filing tax returns, GST submissions, and other regulatory reporting

Conducting monthly reconciliations and analysing financial data

Providing financial advice and support to help clients make informed business decisions

Liaising with clients, LHDN, and other stakeholders as needed

Assisting with the implementation of accounting software and systems

Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting

Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality financial services

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients)

In addition we are also in the business of sales of HDD machines, drill rods and bentonite.

Our main sphere of work is to provide high-technology trenchless designs, solution and installation works for utility-suppliers and their contractors throughout Malaysia
