About the role

Are you an ambitious looking to take the next step in your career? Our Account Executive position at Enerxite Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru, Johor offers you the opportunity to do just that. As a full-time Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

To prepare & update monthly management accounts analysis.

Assist to prepare & update Cash flow management, forecasting and budgets.

To key into accounting system, update & filling daily for banking transaction.

To checking & monitoring banking facilities (Trade Finance and Bank Overdraft).

To prepare & update Monthly Account Receivable (AR), Monthly Trade Debtors Aging, Monthly Collection Report and Monthly Statement.

To prepare & update Monthly Account Payable (AP), Monthly Trade Creditors Aging, Monthly Payment Report and Monthly Statement.

Assist to prepare & update Monthly Retention Receivable Report, Monthly Retention Payable Report, Monthly Turnover Report and Monitoring Claim Retention (Progress Claim Report).

Assist to prepare & update Prepayments Account report and Accruals Account Report.

Assist to prepare & update Depreciation on Fixed Asset account.

Assist prepare Monthly Sales and Costing Analysis Report by projects.

Establish business relations with banking sector, auditors, regulators and professionals.

To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

To implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies and procedures.

To filling all accounting document by daily.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years experience with good exposure to financial management and accounting with last 2 years in a management position in a medium to large commercial organization, preferably familiar in a computerized environment.

Self-motivated and a team player.

Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure.

Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is add advantage.

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Equivalent.
