Job description

1. Accounting processing: Responsible for daily accounting, voucher entry, expense reimbursement review, ensuring accurate and timely accounting. Regularly check the general ledger and detailed accounts to ensure consistency between the accounts and the actual situation. Handle the verification and clearance of accounts receivable and payable, advance receipts and prepayments, and other related transactions.

2. Report preparation: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and financial reports to meet internal and external needs.

3. Tax management: Responsible for tax declaration (value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.) to ensure compliance. Track changes in tax policies, optimize tax planning, and reduce corporate tax burdens.

Cooperate with tax inspections, audits, and other related work.

4. Fund management: Monitor cash flow, prepare fund plans, and ensure safe and efficient fund turnover. Manage bank accounts, bills, foreign exchange, and other related businesses.

5. Requirement: Professional knowledge: Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and financial software. Data analysis: Proficient in using tools such as Excel and Power BI. Communication and coordination: Efficient collaboration with internal and external departments. Rigorousness: Sensitive to numbers, paying attention to details and compliance.

Requirements :

Good command of Mandarin communication skills is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.

A Relevant accounting experience/knowledge, qualification or certification is mandatory.
