- Responsible for the full set of accounts e.g. AP/AR/GL and others using AutoCount software.
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles.
- Procedures ledger balance for reporting purposes.
- Month end closing process and financial reports for management purposes.
- Handle Tax and SST submission.
- Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing.
- Able to provide training and coaching for account assistant.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 4 years relevant working experience.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in finance reporting analysis, financial statements and forecasting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Independent, organized and meticulous.
