About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at MKG Century Sdn Bhd in Menglembu, Perak. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Handle full set of account

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable

Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents

Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers

Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations

To liaise with company secretary, auditor and tax agent

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts-based role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Clerks sub-industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with numbers and financial data

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
