• Accounts Payables and Payment; Perform 3 ways matching of invoices processing in Sage
• Accounts Payables and Payment; Process payment entries and initiate bank transactions on bank online platforms
• Accounts Receivables and Collection; Generate customer invoices according to sales orders
• Accounts Receivables and Collection; Process funding application in Sage
• Verification of employee claims and process reimbursement entries in Sage
• Support master data maintenance including vendor master, prospect and customer master, item code, project & location code, etc.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure to close all outstanding items before closing deadline
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
• No prior work experience is required;Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent attention to detail is crucial for reviewing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payment records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Sage is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are important for managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
