Job Title: Senior Account Executive | SPJ

Salary Range: RM5,500 – RM9,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm
Location: Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurate entry of financial data into accounting software and Excel databases.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing POs, invoices, bills, and receipts; managing payments and collections; reconciling bank statements and financial records; managing invoices from suppliers and contractors.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; analyzing financial data for internal and external reporting.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized financial records and documentation; liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government agencies.
- Expense Tracking: Monitoring and recording expenses; preparing expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Budget Assistance: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring; tracking variances and financial performance.
- Compliance and Procedures: Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and accounting standards; maintaining internal controls.
- Communication: Interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial issues; providing customer service for financial inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Supporting the accounting team and assisting with documentation submissions and special projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle full-set accounts
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
