Job Description
  • Oversee daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, intercompany billings & reconciliations and process staff claims. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger records.
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to ensure timely collection.
  • Issue Debit Notes, Credit Notes.
  • Prepare monthly debtor collection reports and debtor accounts statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank cash flow ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
  • Prepare timely financial reports and financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
  • Manage tax filings, audit preparations, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.
  • Examine, evaluate, or process (BA) loan applications.
  • Responsible for handling general admin job and human resources-related matters including payrolls and statutory payments / contributions.

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting SQL software and Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both verbally and in writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good understanding and knowledge in accounting principles and regulations.
