Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their transportation and logistics needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and account management activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and develop business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques to drive business growth.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Batu Maung.
