Account / Customer Management & Business Development Executive

Provide proactive customer-oriented services and be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers and increasing core customer market share.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of assigned customer accounts.
- Achieve revenue and organic growth targets.
- Handle RFQs, pricing, legal matters, and negotiations within designated areas.
- Drive the customer/account P&L, focusing on sales, margins, mark-ups, contribution goals, inventory goals, and other cost drivers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and accurate data sharing.
- Understand customer contracts and their impact on production and processes.
- Serve as the primary communication channel for customers and manage escalations.
- Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the PIC and coordinator for all customer visits.
- Lead customer programs and cross-functional management, collaborating with project managers to meet customer requirements and objectives (e.g., VA/VE, NPI, Transfer programs).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the ASE global sales team to identify and drive opportunities.
- Work with the NPI team to oversee NPI progress to meet customer NPI and mass production schedules.
- Responsible for materials liability claims and other related commercial claims from customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years’ working experience in program management within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to prepare presentation materials.
- Ability to interact with all levels/positions, including senior management.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as needed to support Europe or Asia markets.
- Able to problem-solve, prioritize, multitask, and continuously improve processes and capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation, and warehousing.
