Job summary

A small company is looking for a dedicated individual to manage their full set of accounts, including payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring strong independence and responsibility, with a competitive salary starting at RM4,000 based on experience.

Job description

* Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

* Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.

* Manage payroll processing, employee claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).

* Process invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring timely settlements.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits

* Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leave applications, and performance evaluations.

* Handle correspondence, document filing, and data entry tasks.

* Must liaise with the operations team to verify and ensure that supplier payments are accurate and not overpaid

Requirements

* Mature, responsible, and stable individual who genuinely needs a job and is committed to long-term employment

* Must be able to work independently and handle pressure

* Relevant experience in accounting and administrative tasks is mandatory

* Able to verify payments strictly without supervision

* Will work directly with the owner – close interaction is expected

* No rigid hierarchy – must be flexible and willing to assist in various ad-hoc tasks beyond accounting

* Able to behave firmly when needed, with a good attitude and willingness to contribute

* Expected to take full responsibility for assigned tasks – this is a small company, and ownership of work is essential

* Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable

* Must liaise with the operations team to verify and ensure that supplier payments are accurate and not overpaid

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000 and above (based on experience and capability)
