Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department.
- Maintain thorough records of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger.
- Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day accounting operations for the cross-company.
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation to ensure bookkeeping is up to date daily.
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable functions.
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and stored for future reference.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Finance studies.
- Preferably fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin fluency is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking directors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
