About the role
MC2 PLUS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account cum Admin Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the company's accounts and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and record-keeping
Providing administrative support, such as managing payment schedules and maintaining filing systems
Assisting with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors
Performing data entry and other clerical duties as required
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in the office management or professional services industry
Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as SQL Accounting Software and Xero, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
