  • Conduct credit checks and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, setting appropriate credit limits.
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to invoicing and payments.
  • Support the implementation of accounting software and systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient processes.
