• To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
• Basic account knowledge is required.
• Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
• Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques, bank guarantee and banker acceptance.
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ “O” Level, Diploma, Diploma or equivalent.
• Independent, initiative and problem solving skill.
• Required skill(s): MS Office – will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in accounting software is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and/ or Bahasa Malaysia.
