Job summary

ChemStationAsia in Malaysia is seeking an Account Associate to join our growing accounting team. You will help prepare full sets of accounts, record transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

We welcome fresh graduates and interns, offer education support, medical benefits, regular 5-day workweek, and comprehensive training to develop your career within a supportive environment.

Travel to client sites may be required, and you will liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia, ICA, ICAA, MICPA).
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
• Practical work guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts.
• Perform transaction recording using accounting software.
• Ensure accounts comply with accounting standards and regulations.
