Job summary

R&O Corporate Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent finance professional to manage accounting operations. You will prepare management accounts, customized reporting packages, and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.

Responsibilities include GST and corporate tax returns, monthly payroll, cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines
• Prepare Management Accounts, customized reporting packages and Statutory Financial Statements based on IFRS standards
• Handle GST and Corporate Tax returns, monthly payroll, expense disbursements and year-end remuneration returns (e.g. Form IR8A)
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to support payment planning and perform bank reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents by retrieving and providing necessary documents and information
• Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives
• Work collaboratively as a strong team player within a diverse team environment
