Our client is a karaoke system supplier based in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang, Malaysia. They offer a wide range of karaoke equipment, including KTV LED touch screen monitors, speaker amplifiers, wireless microphones, and soundproof wall panels.
Their services include custom-designed karaoke systems for homes, tailored to your preferences, whether you seek a comfortable environment or a powerful soundproof room. They also specialize in the installation of karaoke machines and soundproof panels. Additionally, they provide karaoke rental services for family gatherings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input file key data into the SQL system
Assist in daily accounting tasks including documentation, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
Support payment processing, reconciliation, and other finance-related tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role
Hands-on experience with SQL systems and data entry is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel
