About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Assistant Officer to join our team at TKR MANUFACTURING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with accounting or finance experience to contribute to our growing manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy.
• Arrange supplier payments through bank, following payment terms.
• Provide data required for audits and tax computations.
• Prepare reports after monthly accounting closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
