A leading professional services firm in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance. Qualifications

Job description

Prepare and review accurate financial statements, budgets, and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, including preparing and submitting tax filings.

Implement robust internal controls, identify financial risks, and coordinate internal and external audits effectively.

Provide financial insights and advice to support the firm's strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Job Requirement :-
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) is highly preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in a professional services firm is an advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel).
