Job summary

A leading company in Puchong seeks an Account Executive to prepare full sets of accounts, manage receivables and payables, and liaise with clients and auditors. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in accounting and possess strong interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are welcome, providing a balanced entry into the accounting field.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Job description

Preparation of full set accounts within timeline (management reports, account receivables, account payables, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger etc.)

Data entry from clients’ source documents

To assist superior as when required

To perform ad-hoc assignment as when required

Liaise with clients on the account finding relate to management accounts

Liaise with auditors and tax agents on clients’ account related matters

Preparation of SST reports and submission on time

REQUIREMENT:

Candidates pursuing LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree/ ACCA or other relevant professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proactive, good interpersonal skill, responsible, self-discipline and able to work independently.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English both verbal and in writing. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
