Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing high-quality steel products is seeking an Account Assistant/Executive to manage daily accounting functions and assist with financial reporting. This full-time role requires at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy and involves handling various finance-related tasks. Candidates should possess good accounting software knowledge and be prepared to work in Semenyih, Beranang.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in finance/accounting.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting jobs and finance matters.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis.
• Update cash flow and perform bank reconciliation monthly.

Job description

Job Description:

Handle daily accounting jobs, General Ledger and finance matters

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis of accounts

Prepare and processes cheque requests, manual cheque and online payments

Daily update when received the documents such as update invoices, debit or credit note and issue payments

To assist and prepare full set of accounts and reports

To assist auditors in auditing of accounts

To update cash flow and perform bank reconciliation monthly

To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner

Perform other related duties as assigned

Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently
