Qualifications

• Ensure journal vouchers are accurately documented and posted.
• Compile and file journal vouchers efficiently.
• Prepare detailed Salesman Performance Reports.

Job description

Ensure journal vouchers are accurately documented and posted.

Compile and file journal vouchers efficiently.

Update and maintain audit schedules.

Follow up on unposted transactions and unresolved jobs.

Prepare detailed Salesman Performance Reports.

Serve as backup for weekly revenue performance reporting.

Provide daily operational support to the finance team.

Assist with various ad-hoc accounting assignments as needed.

Requirements:

At least in Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.

Skilled in using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Good command in English and Malay.
