Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the accounting department, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations by gathering data, verifying information, and performing necessary calculations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation of vendor statements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for accounting documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and administrative procedures.
  • Must be able to work onsite at our Puchong location.
