ACCOUNT ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN (2 Post)

Area: Miri

Hours: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri), 8.30-12.30 (Sat)

Lunch: 12.30-13.30

FAST LEARNER, MULTITASK, GOOD PERSONALITY, SENSITIVE WITH NUMBERS AND CALCULATIONS, EASY TO ADAPT TO NEW ENVIRONMENT, EXPERT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL/WORD/OFFICE, OUTLOOK MAIL, GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT, GOOD ENGLISH GRAMMAR, AND OTHER COMPUTER SKILLS.

JOB SCOPE

  • Prepare, verify, file & maintain purchase orders, payment vouchers, invoices, and issue cheques to suppliers.
  • Monitor monthly utilities records and make payments accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, sub-contractor contracts, and loan agreements for sub-contractor crews.
  • Book flight tickets and accommodations for staff and crews.
  • Monitor company inventory records.
  • Keep records of road tax and insurance for company vehicles and make payments.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in QNE, SQL, and other accounting software (mandatory).
  • Preferably Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, responsible, trustworthy, multitasker, able to work under pressure.
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.

- Proficient in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients is preferred.
