Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle accounts receivables and payables ledgers.
  2. Review sales invoices and payment vouchers prepared by assistants.
  3. Update and monitor sales reports.
  4. Ensure timely closing of monthly management accounts.
  5. Review and monitor filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing.
  6. Prepare, analyze, and report financial results.
  7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with SQL System.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related position.
